\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOur client, an international supplier of safety eyewear, experienced an unexpected sales boom due to the Covid-19 pandemic. They wanted to maintain this momentum, setting stretch financial targets and implementing a new global strategy.\n\nThey asked us to validate and prioritise growth opportunities in Europe and SE Asia, across sectors (healthcare, laboratories construction, defence, public service, etc) and product types (shields, goggles, glasses).\n\n
