launch operation plans and tactics.\n<h2>An exciting opportunity with lots of unknowns<\/h2>\nNovartis is\u00a0expanding its\u00a0portfolio in the cardiovascular space with a first-in-class treatment.\u200b\n\nAs well as being a novel product offering,\u00a0the intended prescribing customer was new\u00a0to our client.\n<h2>No stone left unturned<\/h2>\nThe preparatory stage set the project up for\u00a0success; we spent time defining the\u00a0business challenge, generating ongoing\u00a0hypotheses and collaborating with other\u00a0partner agencies to ensure a seamless\u00a0approach to data insight collection,\u00a0triangulation and consolidation.\u200b\n\nOur comprehensive, multipronged and iterative approach provided a 360\u25e6 view on the prescribing pathway and the network of influencing stakeholders.\n<h2>Delivering focus and action for Novartis<\/h2>\nThe outputs were insight and recommendation-led, focused on highlighting key areas of opportunity ie stakeholders most relevant for the novel product launch, in addition to potential pain points in the patient pathway ie patients lost in follow-up.\n\nThis helped to shape operational
