As we are all winding down towards the end of the year, I wanted to take a few minutes to personally say a huge THANK YOU.
Thank you for your trust, partnership and collaboration with STRAT7 Incite this year. Whether we’ve worked closely together, supported each other behind the scenes, or are just starting conversations, we’re incredibly grateful.
2025 has been another year that has flown by and when reflecting back on the year, I can’t believe how much has happened.
Some of my personal highlights include:
🎂 Celebrating our 25th birthday – to mark a quarter century of Incite we threw an anniversary party with plenty of cake and new and old friends.
🎓 Delivering Trusted Advisor Training for our clients, supporting insight teams to increase their influence and impact. We have loved running these sessions for McDonalds and Sanofi among others.
✨ Bringing industry leaders together at our STRAT7 Insight Reckoning event over the summer – a great afternoon of reflection, debate and inspiration
🌐 Launching our new Incite website, a new platform to showcase what we do and why it matters. Take a look here > www.incite-global.com
🏢 Moving into our new London head office on Theobolds Road alongside our sister agencies in the wider STRAT7 Group – a real milestone and one that’s brought even more energy and collaboration
🤝 Hosting and participating in a number of successful client roundtables, creating space for honest conversations, shared challenges and collective learning

💡 Running culture workshops in partnership with STRAT7 Crowd DNA for clients including Sanofi and Starbucks – we can’t wait to do more of this next year!
🧠 Delivering more in-person client engagements between UK and US teams than ever before! We’ve loved the creativity and collaboration that comes when working together face-to-face
💙 Giving back to important causes – across US and UK teams we have raised money and participated in volunteering days for deserving charities such as Under One Sky, United Jewish Council of the East Side (food assistance program), WWF and Save The Children.
🎉 And, of course, the many team socials along the way, celebrating our people and the culture that make Incite so special
